Sheriff Eli's Road Runners Posse launched in March to promote awareness for those law enforcement officers who took their own lives as they struggled with the demands of the job.  We will run to end the stigma around suicide and honor how they lived, not how they died.

My 2020 goal is to increase my miles from last year and run at least ten 5K's throughout New England, each following year increasing the number of miles and 5K's.
 

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has suspended and canceled all in-person races in the area, and due to an injury, I've been sidelined from running.  Hope to get back out there soon.  Updated June 2, 2020
